Migration processes have been, and still remain very important to the formation and development of Siberian resettlement society. Its heterogeneity, among other markers, was determined by diaspora strategies and adaptation practices of people migrating to Siberia, representatives of ethnic and religious minorities and cross-border migrants. A huge role in the selection of such strategies is played the state policy, both imperial and socialist.
