THE EVALUATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE “BAIKAL FACTOR” ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA BASED ON THE INTER-BRANCH MODEL WITH THE EXPANDED COMPOSITION OF ENDOGENIC PARAMETERS

The article describes the methodology for estimating the economic losses of the Republic of Buryatia from the introduction of a special economic regime in the Baikal natural territory. The input-output model of total expenditures, including consumption of households in the composition of endogenous parameters is presented. The results of calculations of the decrease in tax revenues for the Republic of Buryatia from the impact of the “Baikal factor” based on input-output i models are shown.
