WORK-RELATED TRADITIONS OF SEMEYSKIE AS A FACTOR OF TOLERANCE FORMATION

Diligence has always been a feature of Old Believers – the ethnic group of the Russian population of Transbaikalia (Semeyskie). Work for the Old Believers, as a manifestation of physical and spiritual activity, was an absolute goal in itself and vocation, an important means of saving faith and the soul. The traditions of respect and veneration of labor reveal the peculiar peculiarities of the personality of the Old Believer, enshrined in it by a historically determined way of life. The article discusses the labor traditions of the Old Believers, the features of labor education, the hierarchy of different types of activity in family ideas.
