HUMANITARIAN COOPERATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA WITH MONGOLIA AND CHINA: STATUS AND PROSPECTS

The article discusses the current state and prospects of humanitarian cooperation of the Republic of Buryatia in the field of healthcare, higher education and culture with Mongolia and China. The empirical base of the study: annual reports of the Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Buryatia, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Buryatia, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Buryatia (2013–2017), materials of expert interviews on the “State and prospects of humanitarian cooperation of the Republic of Buryatia” (N = 10). It was proposed to increase not only quantitative, but also qualitative indicators of humanitarian cooperation.
