STUDENT SURVEY-BASED METHODS OF ASSESSING VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALITY

This paper considers a topical issue for the transforming Russian system of vocational training. The author accentuates the usefulness of strengthening education quality in order to increase employability of graduates and competitiveness of a training institution. The article highlights a methodological aspect. The author presents methodological instruments to diagnose the quality level of education which can form the base of quality monitoring in educational services from the customers’ standpoint. Implementation of the methodological instruments was tested in the course of a sociological survey of students in the system of secondary vocational education of the Republic of Buryatia.
