THE DAILY REALIAS OF THE BUDDHIST MONASTERIES OF BURYATIA IN 19TH CENTURY IN THE SCIENTIFIC RECORDS OF SCIENTIST-ORIENTALIST BAZAR BARADIN

Zhamsueva D. S.

The author characterises the scientific records of the Diaries of an orientalist scientist B. Baradin (Department of manuscripts and documents of the Institute of Oriental manuscripts of RAS. F. 87. Op. 1. D. 1, 2, 26, 27), which contain a unique material for the study of the daily realias of the Buddhist monasteries of Buryatia. The diachronic diversity of sources allows to draw relatively representative conclusions about the activity of Buryat datsans as centers of Buddhist culture.
