The article presents a selection of documents from the Fund of the State Archive of the Republic of Buryatia R-250 “Buryat-Mongolian Representative Office of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR in Moscow”, which highlights research projects of the Buryat-Mongolian ASSR. Published archival documents testify to the problems in the development of the republicʼs productive forces, public health, veterinary medicine, forestry, the need for historical and ethnological research.
