THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN THE REHABILITATION OF SOCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article examines comparative analysis of rehabilitation of social and professional structure in the regions with opposite levels of social and economic development using the examples of the Republic of Buryatia and Tyumen region. The analysis is based on the method by F. E. Sheregi. The absence of dependence of the degree of structural conformity of professional training to real distribution of the employees from the level of region’s development was revealed. The similar tendencies of surplus of specialists with high level of training and lack of qualified employees in developed regions were disclosed. Necessity of changes in structure of professional training, equalization of gap in inter-industry and inter-professional remuneration and development of system of additional professional education in the country are revealed.
