THE STRATEGY-2035 AND INSTRUMENTS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA

The article considers the issues of strategic development of the region. The main problems of the development and implementation of the socio-economic development strategy for the Republic of Buryatia are revealed: the shortcomings of the normative legal framework at the federal level, the limited number of participants in strategic planning, and the timing of strategy development. The current instruments of regional development and their shortcomings are described. The necessity of developing a separate program for the Republic of Buryatia is substantiated and its main provisions are given.
