TO THE ISSUE OF CROSS-BORDER TRIPARTITE COOPERATION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRADITIONAL LIVESTOCK

The article is devoted to the issues of cross-border cooperation between China, Russia and Mongolia on the example of the “golden triangle” Hailar – Chita – Choibalsan. The statistical data and the results of field research that demonstrate the role of livestock for the development of the agricultural sector of the territories, the revival of the traditional management of peoples inhabiting the steppe border zones are presented. Some problems and directions of cooperation in the field of animal husbandry are noted as the most important factor in the growth of the standard of living of the population and the revival of identity, culture and traditions in polyethnic regions.
